FAQ
Questions partners actually ask.
Short answers from the company record. Where a number would have to be invented, it is not here.
Is Vividose FDA-cleared?
No. Vividose is in development. Project planning has included FDA establishment registration and a 510(k) premarket notification. There is no clearance number and no approval to report. Nothing on this site is a clearance, an approval, or a clinical-outcome claim.
Can I order syringes here?
This website is not a store. A 2021 product sheet described sample bags of 5 ml seals in fluorescent pink, green, orange, and yellow, and disposable syringes in 3, 5, and 10 cc with a 1½-inch needle, and it invited trial orders by phone or email. Treat that sheet as historical. Current availability and price are not listed because those terms may be out of date. Send a note through the interest form.
What problem is it meant to solve?
Misreading the dose line. A conventional plunger ends in a black seal against black barrel marks. Vividose uses a fluorescent seal and fill indicators sized to that seal, so the alignment is something you can see — including for people with reduced vision, and in low light.
Who is it for?
Clinicians giving injectables, hospitals and clinics, patients who measure their own injections (including insulin, allergy treatments, and fertility medicines), and caregivers. Manufacturers, distributors, licensees, and investors are the people we most want to hear from.
What is patented?
U.S. Patent 11,071,828, “Colored Seal System, Method, and Apparatus,” issued July 27, 2021. U.S. Design Patent D900,310 issued October 27, 2020. The plain-language summary on the Technology & IP page is drawn from the patent disclosure. It is not the official claim text.
Who owns it?
The Vividose trademark is owned by Treble Innovations, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Treble holds an exclusive license from co-inventor Scott Carper to develop, manufacture, and sell the technology. Inventors named on the utility patent are Scott Carper, Brian D. Owens, and Roland Clifford Park.
Are the seals biocompatible?
Materials research has included thermoplastic elastomers used for syringe plunger seals, including the Mediprene 500M series, which can be compounded in color. Supplier literature for that raw material discusses USP Class VI and food-contact grades. That is not a finished-device certification. Biocompatibility testing of Vividose seals is part of the planned development program, not a completed claim.
Do you have clinical results or error-reduction numbers?
We do not publish outcome statistics. In the team’s prototype comparisons, fluorescent seals against black markings were easier to recognize than conventional black tips. That is a design observation from prototypes, not a clinical trial.
How do I start a partnership conversation?
Use Partner with us. Tell us whether you are a manufacturer, distributor, hospital or clinic, investor, or interested in a license, and what you need from us. If email delivery is not configured on the server, the form gives you a prepared email instead of failing quietly.
